GENERAL CONDITIONS

FEES
Our fees as shown on our current price list include:

• Taxes
• Fully comprehensive insurance, with no excess (except for Group E cars which are subject to excess)
• 24-hour assistance
• Additional driver
• Pick-up from Mahón, airport and harbour inclusive, with no extra charge. Pick-up from other areas on the island upon request.
• The number of rental days is calculated on a 24-hour period basis from the pick-up day and time.

Current fees do not include:

• Roof rack: 15€
• Baby seat: 2.50€ per day (25 € maximum)
• Booster: 1.5€ per day (15 € maximum)

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

• The driver must be at least 23 years old (age 25 or older for Group E Cars)
• The driver must have had a driving licence for at least 1 year (3 years for Group E Cars)

CUSTOMER TIPS

In order to make a booking for a vehicle, you must provide us with:

• Your full name
• Approximate pick-up and return dates and times
• Pick-up place (for airport pick-up, please provide us with arrival flight number; and for harbour pick-up, please provide us with the name of the ferry company). In either case, pick-up will never be before 07.30am hours.
• To confirm bookings in August, a 60€ payment on account is requested. For Group D, E, F or G vehicles, this prepayment is compulsory for any time of the year. You can make the deposit by credit card payment (please send a fax authorising us to charge your account), or via deposit paid into one of the following accounts (please, always provide us with the booking number):

PICK-UP:

To pick the vehicle up at the harbour or at the airport, a representative of our company will wait for you in the Arrival’s Hall, holding a folder with the company’s logo on it. The contract will then be entered and the car shall be handed over in the car park area. At this time an agreement shall be reached with the customer as to the procedures for returning the vehicle.

MEANS OF PAYMENT:

The payment is to be made upon picking the car up, and can be paid in cash or by credit card.

FUEL:

The car will be handed over with a full tank of fuel. The customer will have to pay ahead for the fuel when paying for rental (around 35 and 50 euros approximately, depending on the car model), leaving the tank empty for the last rental day (no refunds will be made for non used fuel); otherwise, upon signing the contract, you can provide us with your credit card details for us to charge the used fuel at the end of the rental period instead of having to pay the fuel deposit first.
